High quality imagery is crucial to catch potential buyers’ attention and start the process for the sale of your property.
I offer interior, exterior and aerial photos and videos, as well as floor plans, to create your marketing media.
My real estate photo, video and floorplan options may be selected separately or combined in pre-selected packages.

I believe in simple pricing, so I include aerial drone photos in my sets.

Check my example photo shot list to get an idea of what’s covered. I can easily customise the list within the number of photos chosen, such as more or less exterior or aerials etc. If there’s a particular selling point you want to emphasise, just let me know!
All photo options include:
Daylight shoot time
Twilight shoots may be requested; surcharge applies.
Property boundary marking and/or location pin on aerial photos
Your logo can be used as the location pin.
General editing to present the property at its best. E.g. colour correction, small blemish removal
Extensive editing may be requested, such as virtual staging, virtual de-cluttering, grass and sky enhancements and digital twilight effects. Surcharges apply per photo for extensive edits and extended delivery time may apply.

Interior, exterior and aerial videos.
Videos tend to gain more attention on social media platforms than photos and are becoming more common in real estate marketing strategies to complement photos.
I have a range of video options, designed for different purposes to maximise your marketing campaign.

Photo Reel $150
A short teaser video for social media, created using the photos from your chosen photo package.
Only available as an add-on with one of my photo sets above.
My Photo Reel is a suitable option if you want to advertise with video, without capturing video footage. Photos from your chosen photo package are arranged in a custom-made highlights slideshow with property and agent details, that plays as a video.
Photo Reels are great for “Coming soon” or “Open for inspection” teasers and are a fast and easy way of showing property features for viewers.
Horizontal or vertical orientation video, depending which platform you intend to post it to

Premium Video $695
My Premium Video is a prime piece of marketing material, designed to showcase the major selling points of a property.
My Premium Video can be edited to suit how you intend to use it.
Length: 45 seconds up to about 1 minute 30 seconds. Contact me for a quote if you need a video longer than 1m30s.
The shorter, 45-seconds length, is useful to grab attention on social media. It may be the first time the viewer sees the property being marketed and is prompted to further investigate online and contact the agent.
The longer, 1m30s length, is useful as the viewer may be looking for more information and details about the property after finding the listing online or on social media and is prompted to contact the agent.
Both the shorter and longer options need about the same amount of time to shoot and edit. The difference is in the style of editing.
Orientation: Vertical or horizontal.
A vertical orientation is the best fit for social media platforms such as Instagram. Whereas, a horizontal orientation is the best fit for viewing on a real estate listing, website, YouTube or social media platforms that allow viewers to turn their phone sidewards. Most viewers are going to be using their phone to search and view content, so creating options that look great on their phone is crucial. However, the horizontal orientation will also look great on a larger screen such as a computer or TV.
Agent Presentation (optional): The growing trend is for real estate agents to get on camera and present the property. This attracts potential buyers with a human connection and shows them who they’ll be dealing with if they pursue their enquiry. It also helps grow your personal brand - you’ll be known in the industry and you’ll build your familiarity and approachability with potential buyers and sellers. I’ll help you write a catchy script that shows your personality, which is what people want to see! I’ll also help you get over any nerves about being on camera by breaking down the process into simple, manageable sections to record.

I will help you write a script and work with you to get comfortable on camera. We’ll come up with lines that catch attention and views.

Floor plans

Floor plans are a popular inclusion in real estate listings as they show the layout of the home or building. Alongside the photos and videos, floor plans give potential buyers an indication of whether the property is suitable for them, helping to imagine living in the home and encouraging them to make an enquiry. Floor plans also serve as a reminder of what they saw at an inspection, keeping the property front of mind when comparing options.
All floor plans include:
2D black and white plan.
Room names and dimensions.
Walls, doorways and windows.
Fixed furniture such as baths, showers, toilets, benches, sinks, stove and doors.
May include outdoor areas such as decks and patios connected to the building.
Real Estate Agency logo may be included.

Property Preparation for a Photo or Video Shoot
Having high quality, professional photos and video taken of a property going on the market is an integral part of the selling process.
A well-prepared property will help produce amazing photos and videos, which in turn attracts more potential buyers and potentially, a higher price. Thorough preparation will also avoid delays in getting the real estate media ready for the marketing campaign by negating the need for reshoots and extensive editing, which also incurs extra costs.
The property owner is responsible for the presentation of the property. However, upon arrival, I will spend about 15 minutes going room to room making minor adjustments to ensure things like furniture, doors, cushions and table settings are positioned well and getting to know the property’s features.
